Kidney infection and kidney stone, difference in pain? - how long for a kidney infection to go away

I wonder what's the difference. as for the DIF. the location of the pain of a kidney and a kidney infection? Pain in both sides? a kidney infection goes away on its own? How long does the pain of each of THX.

Even if it can form kidney stones, but most of the test against the Innn side of the ureter (the tube between the kidney and urinary connneting is baldder) because of the pain .... that the stone is pushed through the urine that cause pain. This happens only during a certain time, and it spontaneously when the manner of urine is sufficiently competent

In kidney infection (pyelonephritis), on the other side is the pain is constant and is always associated with fever

If the pain can occur on both sides, but bilateral involvement is common in kidney infection, for obvious mechanical reasons.

Nephritis in medical practice, is treated with antibiotics because of their complexity, may even lead to kidney failure

A kidney stone I've heard that it hurts sooo much worse, and worse than at birth or something. It made me cry, my father ... it doens't cry.
