I have problems in my office LAN. Some connect the computer to the Internet (via LAN), sometimes down. So, I change only the speed of computers in the duplex 100half and 100full duplex. Sometimes occur in half-duplex connection has been reset, and sometimes in full-duplex.

Full-duplex transmission means that data can be transmitted in both directions on a carrier signal at a time.
Half-way transmission of data means that data can be transmitted or received, but not both simultaneously.
It would be logical to assume that the connection would be easier to half-duplex would be because their requirements would be lower in terms of bandwidth. However, in the real world, things are seldom as they should. I want to see your department, or at least someone who knows networking.
Full-duplex means you can simultaneously send and receive. Half-duplex can send and receive but not simultaneously. simply is that you can contribute to send or receive.
It is probably a problem with auto-negotiation. You can try the manual configuration in full-duplex mode, it will not help, however, if the switch is another matter. Questions check your switch port to your network administrator.
The difference b / w half-duplex and full duplex written above - but his problem is somehow according to auto-negotiation in connection with my humble opinion.
